The Holy Spirit Baptism

At salvation, the Holy Spirit took up residence in your spirit. After salvation, however, you must be baptized with the Holy Spirit to walk in order to have authority, power, and victory over life's circumstances. Without a true baptism of this divine power, you will have great difficulty living the Christian life due to great contention from the kingdom of darkness.

Acts 1:8 states "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."

Jesus is the one who baptizes the believer with the Holy Spirit so that he can witness effectively for Him. The Bible states in Matthew 3:11 states “I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance. but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire:”
